Do you have a catalog? - Presently, there is no paper catalog for items in The Treasure Box.

     If I don't like ordering online, can I just call in my order? - You certainly may. The phone number is (800) 807-0317. But, rest assured, we use a secure server, and it is perfectly safe to order online.

     What form of payment can I use? - We accept most major credit cards, as well as Check-by Phone, check by mail, and Paypal.

     Do I have to pay sales tax on my order? - At present, we are only required to collect sales tax for California residents (as that is our state of residence).

     Will you ship to any other country other than the US? - Yes. Naturally, the shipping fees are different. Please contact us for a quote.

     Regarding Primal Elements soaps, what is a "half bar"? - A half bar is half the thickness of a full bar of Primal Elements Soap. It is cut so it retains the design of the full bar. Half bars give our customers a chance to try different soaps. Another great way to sample different fragrances is our "Oops" box. You can find that under Thrill o' the Find > Primal Elements Specials.

     How long has The Treasure Box been on-line? - The Treasure Box has been online since early 1999. A major division of Sky's the Limit/Meleo Enterprises of Placerville, CA, we are strictly an online business. There is no "brick and mortar" store. Early in 2001, after initial success with the online entity, it was decided that the internet is the future for this business and I closed the brick and mortar location to be able to work from home. I strive to keep a "human touch", however. Know that there is always a real person on the other side of the computer!
